We couldn't have asked for better value for our money! The room was inviting, clean, and warm on arrival, with thoughtful touches like a lovely bottle of prosecco. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and pubs, and the hot tub was the ultimate bonus, even in the February rain. The hosts were quick to respond and even arranged a late check-out for us.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast choices better was a wider variety of options.

The place is beautifully decorated and well-furnished, making it a refreshing change from the standard B&Bs in the area. the kitchen was fully equipped and great to cook in, and the hot tub was a major highlight of our stay. It was well-maintained and even cleaned daily, which was impressive. the location was perfect for exploring both Bowness and Windermere, providing easy access to shops, bars, and restaurants.
in the evenings, we couldn't figure out how to turn on the garden lights, which would have enhanced the overall ambiance. navigating the steps at night was a bit risky due to the lack of lighting.

The location of the property was perfect, offering easy access to the beautiful lakes. The house itself was impeccably clean and smelled amazing. The stylish decor was exactly to our taste. We enjoyed the spacious house and garden, and the hot tub was absolutely fantastic. We also appreciated the recommendations for local dining, as we had an amazing meal based on one of the suggestions.
Although overall cleanliness was great, we did notice some food stuck to the kitchen sides and dirty cupboard doors. It was a minor issue but it did let down the otherwise great cleanliness.

We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the outdoor area, which was a great space for our dog to roam around.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable for some of us, but that's just personal preference. the living room area could benefit from a curtain or blind on the patio doors for added privacy.
